Amar Reddy, CEO Smart IMS and Chairman for Smart IMS group of companies (Atlas Communications) has 24+ years of experience as a technology professional, with wide-ranging roles in architecting and implementing large enterprise solutions in Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, Insurance and Finance/Banking industries.
Prior to Smart IMS, he held senior technology leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, leading the engineering solutions for global voice and data solutions for all wealth management locations across the United States. He was an integral part of technology integrations for M&A that included many acquisitions, including a $9B merger/acquisition of $1 Trillion assets of Blackrock integration with MLIM. He has held senior positions in Marsh and McLennan, AT&T, Hoffman-LaRoche, and other public companies. He was one of the first employees with a startup Graypeak Technologies, helping the growth of company, later acquired by a NASDAQ traded technology company..
At Smart IMS, he focuses on providing enterprise solutions, supporting in building new technology and business practices, with his deep domain expertise in systems, applications and unified communications, along with acquisitions and overseeing global operations.
His philanthropy activity includes creating awareness on water contamination issues, school’s literacy development activity in rural villages and working with food banks in New Jersey. He provides mentorship to students in high school and undergraduate levels to encourage early entrepreneurship.
Mr. Reddy was also a co-Founder of INVAGEN Pharmaceuticals, Co-Founder of Symphony Pharma & Life Sciences, a high-growth CRO company with global presence.
He holds Master’s degree from the City University of New York, published author and won awards for his research work from the City University of New York.
Nagesh is the Chief Operating Officer with Smart IMS. He has been with SmartIMS for more than 16+ years and has been instrumental in the steady growth of Smart IMS. Nagesh is responsible for taking Smart IMS into the global market and has helped the organization penetrate multiple domains with specialized services. He has been an able leader to the Smart IMS team, while establishing efficient operational methods within the company and with our partner firms.
Nagesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from Kakatiya University, India. He has entrepreneurial expertise encompassing over 12 years apart from leadership experience in Information Technology services. Prior to his engagement with Smart IMS, Nagesh founded a technology services company in India, which specialized as a single source solutions provider for all technology needs for then emerging IT services.

As Managing Director for Atlas Communications Technology, a Smart IMS Company, Steve Pitchon is tasked with growing revenue and profitability for the company across the sales team and within the Cloud and Managed Services portfolio. In his 14 years with Atlas, he has been instrumental in developing new accounts and new opportunities to showcase the services and capabilities and sell services across all pillars of the organization.
As we develop greater understanding of client requirements, Steve has also been instrumental in helping to craft new services to meet customer needs. Specifically, he leads the effort to build our Office 365 enablement process, managed and grew our ASIMS Managed Services business and supported our professional services engagements and assessment service.
Prior to joining Atlas in 2004, Steve was a Client Business Manager with AT&T responsible for sales, customer service and P&L for the Merrill Lynch account. In his 21 years with AT&T, the most challenging opportunity was to help Merrill Lynch and lead the voice and unified communications team in the migration of their legacy voice platforms to a unified communications architecture. He also created a new service for emergency call redirection that is still in place today at Merrill and other large financial services customers.
Accomplished academic, he has Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Marketing and Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University.
Steve enjoys mostly spending time with his wife, two daughters, their husbands, grandchild especially and his dog, Harry. His hobbies include swimming, whitewater rafting, riding horses, music, travel, cooking, eating, and enjoying fine wine and spirits.
Odysseus Marcopolus joined Smart IMS as a Managing Director focusing on Technology Solutions for Government Markets (Federal, State,Local). He is the former Chief Operating Officer for the New Jersey Office of Information Technology.
Odysseus is a successful IT Executive with demonstrated success driving Culture Change & Innovation in the Public Sector. He is credited with having delivered New Jersey State Government's first e-government technology platforms for secure Internet-based service delivery and was an early adopter of enterprise identity & access management systems, PCI compliant payment solutions, and the State’s first Public Key Infrastructure.
He broke the Cloud barrier many years ago when he introduced the use of Software-as-a-Service products into the State’s portfolio and has since been a tireless advocate moving the State to Infrastructure and Platform based cloud services.
He has extensive experience managing Cloud Integration, DevOps, Microservices, Cybersecurity, and Legacy Modernization & Integration efforts.
Prior to joining us, Odysseus served as the Chief Operating Officer for the New Jersey Office of Information Technology, where he managed a staff of 700+ with a budget of more than $150million, and as Interim Chief Technology Officer for Governor Phil Murphy’s new administration in Trenton, NJ.
As COO, Odysseus oversaw the delivery of mission critical IT services to New Jersey State Government Agencies responsible for public safety, social services, economic development, taxation, motor vehicle services, and much more.
He drove the transformation of NJOIT to a true service provider operating model growing its Service Catalog to more than twenty distinct product offerings including the State’s enterprise Office 365 tenant, statewide network operations, enterprise-class data centers, statewide emergency telecommunications, several hundred business applications and reusable micro services.
Prashanth Mitta, Head of Operations, Smart IMS, has been leading the Hyderabad, India operational activities setting strategic goals, reflecting steady growth of the organization’s strong offshore facility, enhancing customer satisfaction for the past 11+ years. Prashanth is also responsible for building the efficiency of business procedures aligning the same with organizational objectives, managing procurement process, resource allocation, budgets to promote profitability and customer support processes.
Prashanth holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration(MBA) from MIM New Delhi, spent over a decade in advancing through a series of Leadership positions. Gained significant global experience by heading operations and Business Development for Two Start Up Firms and has led multiple process, outsourcing Programs and running P & L accounts.

Rahul Srivastava is the Head of Enterprise Application and Digital Technology at Smart IMS. Rahul is responsible for Strategy, execution and P&L for Enterprise Application and Digital Technology portfolio focusing on Enterprise application, Mobility, Big-Data/R Analytics, Cloud and IoT (Internet of Things) platform solutions, Services & Consultancy.
Rahul is a technology evangelist and brings a wealth of enterprise solution and Custom Solution development expertise across ERP, Middleware, Portals, BI, Cloud and IoT applications with cost optimized solution & implementation planning. He comes with a strong technical background combined with delivery excellence and operational mindset. He has a vast experience in managing large customers, particularly distributed, cross-cultural, cross functional and agile teams. As a thought leader, he carries a business oriented consulting experience that helps client in process re-engineering, and building a cost sensitive yet robust and effective technology solution.
Rahul is an Entrepreneur who has worked with leading organizations like Capgemini, KPIT, Tech Mahindra, Zensar, Sopra Steria etc. He contributed to high-profile, multi-shore pre-sales, inside-sales, delivery & competency development operations. Rahul has been a part of various IT governance and steering committees involving CIOs and CTOs of client organizations to advise on IT TCO analysis for capital budgeting, governance, alliance and partnership selection, implementation road plan, change & delivery management.
Rahul is a doctorate (Ph.D) degree in Software Engineering, a published author and IT business and program management trainer and coach.
Masoud Majidi is responsible for managing Program and Project Management Office. In that capacity, he is responsible for on-time and on-budget delivery of all of Atlas’ Managed and Cloud Services projects. Masoud is also responsible for managing all strategic partner relationships, ranging from contracts and financials to solution development and offer management.
Prior to Joining Atlas, Masoud spent 20+ years in major telecomm companies (AT&T, Lucent and Avaya). At Avaya, he was the director of IT Back Office Operations, responsible for managing all server, storage, backup and DC Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, messaging, middleware and ERP systems, among other things.

Robert Sese is responsible architecture and engineering in four key service domains – Unified Communications, Session Border Controller, Network and Security Infrastructure and Network Function Virtualization (SDN-WAN). Robert has successfully delivered hosted and managed services for major global enterprises with Skype for Business, Ribbon Communications (Genband) WebRTC and SIP Telephony, Oracle, Sonus and Audiocodes SBCs, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Serenova Contact Center and 128 Technologies SDN-WAN from Atlas Smart IMS Data Centers and at customers’ premises.
Robert also heads product development for introduction of new technologies and services, as well as ongoing enhancements to delivery of current services, including the Atlas Smart IMS Avatar Monitoring and Management Suite. Application development services have been introduced for large-scale deployment using scripting and automation to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Robert Sese is a private pilot with over 100 hours of flight time. Robert is also a retired semi-professional musician playing lead guitar, bass guitar, piano, drums and saxophone. Robert’s family shares his passion for music, art and flying.
Anantha Amancharla Sr. Vice President- Infrastructure Management Services leads the Global Network Operations, Cloud and Managed services operation teams. In this role, Anantha is responsible for global operations, customer advocacy, service sales, and support services. Additionally, he is responsible for IT Security Strategy and Operations.
Anantha Amancharla joined Atlas SmartIMS in 2018. He has global management and leadership expertise pioneering end to end processes, support strategy and customer success.
Previously, Anantha held management roles with Avaya and VMware. At Avaya, he was responsible for global support operations in managed and cloud services.
Anantha holds B.S in Information Systems from University of Houston and Executive Program in Management from IIM – Calcutta. He is married with 2 children and lives in Hyderabad, India. He is a big fan of NFL and Cricket.
Lou has over 25 years of strategic sales and business development experience, providing a full range of creative Information Technology services to large, mid-tier, and government clients, helping clients to build a world class brand image. He works strategically, as a consultative advisor to C level management to help determine solutions that include the tactical deployment of expert technology resources, in support of their key technology initiatives. His experience includes a strong focus on solution sales, using on, near, and off-shore delivery models, as well as strong experience selling a wide range of consulting services. His solution expertise includes developing, and selling knowledge management, content management, infrastructure support, application development, and quality assurance solutions.
Bob is a Sr. IT Services Business Development professional with a "whatever it takes" and "the client comes first" attitude. He has 20+ years of IT staffing/solutions sales and sales management, focusing on verticals such as the Communication, Media, Manufacturing, Insurance, Energy and Service industries. He has a strong understanding of most technologies and platforms, including most ERPs and leading edge, industry specific software/methodologies. He is experienced in working with clients within VMS, VMO, VOP and "direct relationship" environments providing staffing and project related solutions.

As President and CEO of a NASDAQ listed company, he operated and engineered, a wide-area communications Network providing service through-out the Northeastern and Mid Atlantic areas of the United States.
Experiences also include; Video, Voice, Data and Satellite communication, provided consultative business expertise to organizations in various stages of growth and mentored startup companies.
As early adopter of VoIP with integration into Call Centers Nationwide, resulting in improving customer’s telecommunication reliability, while lowering the organization operating cost.
